I had mixed feelings when it comes to my 21st birthday celebration because I never liked the idea of organizing a birthday party. On second thoughts, turning 21 is only once in a lifetime. I do not want to have any regrets when it is over so I told myself to plan a birthday party for myself, just this once!

It was Hannah's 21st birthday and we spent our day at the beach, taking pictures and laughing too much! Our time spent together is really little due to our school and work commitments so I really do treasure all the moments we get to spend with each other.

The joy of travelling anywhere with your loved one. The joy of walking aimlessly in a new town, finding little gems along the way. In our previous trip to Johor Bahru, we chanced upon this lovely café that sells homemade ice cream, cookies and we loved it! This time, we are back with our friends.

Instead of using my phone or the laptop, I set aside one hour of 'me time' by reading a book before going to bed. Right now - I'm reading #GIRLBOSS and it is just so inspiring to read and a guide about women empowerment.

Last Saturday - Boyfriend and I had a tough decision, deciding where to go. Initially, I wanted to visit a few cafés in Tiong Bahru. Right, we were actually contemplating between Tiong Bahru and Holland Village but couldn't decide on one. Such a dilemma!

Two weeks ago - saw myself celebrating one of my good friend's 22nd birthday at Nosh. This place is such a beauty! If you know me, you know I'm a sucker for fairy lights. Upon reaching the restaurant, I kept telling my boyfriend that "this restaurant is like decorated just for me" The pink cushions and laid back white furnitures. Ahhhhh. I'm in love with this place already.
